Descrição da função:
- Technical support to management
- Coordination of (responsible for supporting) the facilities management of the industrial plants
- Coordination of (responsible for the coordination of) the management of electrical and power systems facilities
- Coordination of the (responsbile for) technical facilities installations maintenance (utilities), building and installation of new equipment, namely: water, sewers, compressed air and power systems
- Improvement of the building/facilities functionally
- Coordination of the regular site inspections
- Optimization of energy costs
- Managing outsourcing contracts
- Coordination of facilities teams
- Technical responsible for electrical installation in DGEG
Perfil do candidato:
- Graduate engineer (electrical, mechanical or civil works)
- Three years of experience in a similar role (buildings/facilities maintenance and project/execution civil construction work)
- Knowledge to read floor plans, schematics and construction drawings
- Fluent in English, preferable German knowledge
- Experience of IT tools
- Experience of using SAP system
- Experience with AutoCAD will be valued
- Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, construction and maintenance
- Experience of working in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
- Preferably resident in Viana do Castelo area
